Michael Olson is the Director of Worship Gatherings and Worship Leader at The Church of Eleven22. After completing his undergraduate studies in music performance at North Central University in Minneapolis, MN, Michael spent 7 years working in the music industry. His passion for honest songwriting and expressive corporate worship opened doors for him as a recording artist with Nashville based Rocketown Records, as well as the opportunity to serve as the touring drummer for CCM artist Michael W. Smith during that season.

He is excited to use his gifts to help expand the work that God is doing through The Church of Eleven22 in Jacksonville and beyond. God used the season that Michael spent in the music industry to prepare and refine him for serving as a worship pastor/leader in the setting of the local church. In total, Michael has spent 8 years serving in this capacity before joining the Eleven22 team.

Michael has been married to his best friend, Ashley, for 13 years. Together they have been tasked with raising three very rambunctious “B” boys: Brody, Bentley, and Beckett. They hope to one day get to a point where they don’t confuse the names of their own children.
