ISRAEL TRIP 2023 - THIS TRIP IS CURRENTLY WAITLISTED
This form is to be completed by those individuals who desire to travel with the Church of Eleven22 to Israel in 2023. Provided space on the tour is available, you will receive a confirmation email within one week with next steps on submitting your deposit and purchasing your airfare. If space is not available, you’ll receive an email confirming your placement on a waiting list.

TRIP COST: $2,999 for the land tour PLUS airfare and travel insurance. Airfare and travel insurance are purchased separately by the traveler, either individually or through our group travel agent. Contact information for our travel agent will be provided following confirmation of your Registration Form.
Airfare prices vary depending on rates at time of purchase. Fares are estimated at: $1,200 to $1,800 and it is recommended that you purchase your airfare at least 90 days prior to trip departure. Travel to Israel currently requires the purchase of travel insurance (more info will be provided).
TIPS FOR BOOKING AIRFARE:
• Whether your travel plans begin in Jacksonville, or not, the majority of the group is typically on the same late-night (11:45pm) Delta flight from JFK to Tel Aviv on Jan 30. If possible, we highly recommend you making this part of your flight itinerary as well.
• Also, due to current trends of dramatic flight delays across the country, we recommend flying out of JAX early afternoon to minimize the possibility of missing your connecting flight. If not, please be sure to land in Tel Aviv, Israel NO LATER THAN 6:00 PM on our arrival day into Israel (Jan. 31) as our entire group’s charter bus will be leaving the airport around 7:00 PM.
• IMPORTANT: When searching for the best return flight to purchase, please note that our tour bus will drop our group off at the Tel Aviv airport on the night of Feb 8 for a late-night departure on Feb 8. We will then fly through the night and land back in Jacksonville on Feb.9. With that in mind, please make sure your departure flight is scheduled to leave Tel Aviv the night of Feb.8... not Feb.9.
TOUR COST INCLUDES: Tips for hotels, restaurants, and the driver/guide. It also includes three meals a day, double-occupancy lodging at 4-star hotels, and purified water served at each meal. The cost excludes soft drinks, bottled waters on the bus, coffee at meals other than breakfast, alcohol/dinner-time beverages, snacks, or personal expenses like souvenirs. It also does not include any testing that may be required for travel (ie. COVID-19 test to return home to the U.S.).
You may upgrade to a Single Room for an additional $1,199 for the week (for single travelers who would prefer not to have a roommate)
DEPOSITS: $500/per person is due by July 15th to hold your spot on the trip. The remaining payments are due September 15th ($1249.50) and October 15th ($1249.50).
Travelers will be required to attend one or two pre-trip meetings in January. Specific date to be provided.
