Spiritual Journey

1. Please briefly share your testimony.

2. Please describe the 4-5 most impactful experiences and/or lessons you have learned in your life. Please be sure to include 1-2 recent experiences/lessons.

3. Where are you currently in your spiritual journey with Jesus Christ?

4. We all have things that we struggle with. Is there anything you are currently engaging in (sinful patterns, relationships, or habits) that might hinder you personally or professionally?

5. What do you think God is calling you to do long term? If applicable, please include which ministry area(s) you feel called to.

6. Why are you interested in participating in The Church of Eleven22’s apprenticeship development program? How do you specifically hope to grow during your time here?
